1. Don’t Be a Dick

The cornerstone of our policy is simple: Don’t be a dick. Free expression is welcome, but harmful behavior is not. Being a “dick” includes, but is not limited to: 

-Racism 

-Homophobia 

-Transphobia 

-Sexism 

-Harassment or bullying 

-Threatening or intimidating behavior

This group is a safe space. Anyone who violates this rule may be subject to moderation action, including warnings, muting, or removal from the community.

2. Harm Reduction Policy

Our mission is harm reduction. We meet people where they are, without judgment, and provide resources for safety, recovery, and care. We will not exclude people based on: -Past mistakes or history -Personal disagreements -Public controversies or callouts outside this space We will take action if: 

-Harmful behavior occurs inside this space 

-Community agreements are broken 

-Someone endangers the safety or dignity of others here 

We are not a space for cancel culture, shaming, or punishment. Removing someone from access to harm reduction resources contradicts our values and could cause preventable harm. Our responsibility is to offer support, not enforce popularity contests or moral judgments.

3. Respect for Branding & Identity

To avoid confusion and protect integrity, our name, logo, or branding may not be used without explicit, documented consent. This includes: 

-Event flyers, posts, or promotions 

-Social media announcements 

-VR events or partnerships 

Misuse of our brand may result in public clarification and formal action. Our presence must only signal verified, coordinated support systems. Unauthorized use creates false expectations and undermines trust, which could put participants at risk. If you wish to collaborate, contact us directly. Partnerships must be transparent, ethical, and based on mutual consent.

4. Moderation & Accountability

Our community is live moderated to ensure safety. Moderation decisions are based on our values and these agreements, not outside pressure or personal disputes. Reports of harmful behavior must be made respectfully through direct channels. Our moderation team will investigate and respond proportionately. 5. Privacy & Confidentiality

To maintain trust, what is shared in this community stays in this community, unless explicit consent is given. No doxxing, screenshotting, or recording of conversations without permission. Respect the privacy of others, both inside and outside this group. Violating confidentiality is grounds for removal.

By participating in this group, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations will be addressed by moderation in alignment with our values. Consequences may include warnings, restrictions, or removal if necessary. Decisions are final and made to protect the well-being of the community.
